Mike and Angela Isbell of Clifton Forge announce the birth of their son, Roman Campbell Isbell, born November 22, 2009 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Lewisburg, W.Va.
Roman was born at 8:31 a.m. and weighed 9 lbs., 11 ounces and was 21 3/4 inches in length.
Roman has two older brothers, Adam, 14 and Alex, 9.
Maternal grandparents are Doris St.Clair of Lexington and the late Harold (Hal) St.Clair, Esq.
Paternal grandparents are Ralph and Kay Isbell of Roanoke.
