On Monday, December 18, sheriff-elect Kyle Matt Moore was officially sworn in around 2 p.m. at the Circuit Court in Covington. Moore was initially meant to be sworn in on December 11. However, after testing positive for COVID, his ceremony was rescheduled for the 18th. (Jennifer Bailey Photo)
