Mr. Grinch visits Holiday at the Depot

On Saturday, December 9th, C&O held their annual “Holiday at the Depot” event which featured the mean Mr. Grinch driving the “Little C&O.” Passengers included Nikita Dressler with her 4-year-old son, Conley Dressler in the second car, and 11-year-old Carter Tolley, 6-year-old Evangeline Tolley, and 2-month-old Evangeline Tolley strapped securely to dad, Joshua Tolley, in the third car.
