City of Covington Building Inspector and Zoning Official Eric Tyree has released the following building permits for the month of July.
Mike and Lisa Persinger, White Oak Ln., new home, $150,000.
Harry Nickell, 119 Persinger St., electric, $1,000.
Joseph Snyder, 410 N. Lexington Ave., porch, $1,300.
Bonnie Gragg, 129 West Parrish St., foundation repair, $18,500.
Branch Management, 331 W. Main St., roof, $4,900.
Rob Tyree, 403 S. Fairlawn Dr., pavilion, $5,300. 
Rex Selleck, 118 W. Edgemont Dr., electric, $1,200.
Todd Willis, 1318 S Day Pl., electric, $1,900.
John Waugh, 318 E. Fudge St., deck/roof,  $15,000.
