Jerry Wayne Randozzo
Jerry Wayne Randozzo, age 55, of Covington, Virginia and formerly of Millboro, Virginia died Sunday, October 29, 2023, at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany.
He was born March 1, 1968, in Bath County, Virginia to the late Tono Randozzo and Frances Leatha Hicks Randozzo. He was a machine operator for Bacova Guild for 25 years. He was of the Baptist Faith and a member of the Randozzo Hunt Club and he also loved to camp, fish and hunt. He loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren. He enjoyed woodworking and repairing small engines and loved old CB Radios.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda May Randozzo of Covington; a stepdaughter, Beth Bell and husband Chris; a stepson, Clarence Catron; five sisters, Linda R. Keyser of Millboro, Mary R. Humphries of Selma, Wanda R. Dudley and husband, Jamie of Millboro, Frances R. Bogan and husband, Gary of Warm Springs, Lisa Randozzo and partner, Kerry of Millboro; five brothers, Guy Randozzo and wife, Debbie, Joe Randozzo and wife, Brigette, Frank Randozzo and wife, Crystal, Fred Randozzo and wife, Lois all of Millboro, Harold Randozzo and wife, Lisa of Raphine; grandchildren, Lillian, Daisy, Benjamin, Nathan, Cedric, Logan, Jackson and Jaden; a brother in law, Basil May Jr. and wife, Robin; a sister in law, Hazel Persinger and husband, Harry; his special pet, Snoopy; special friends, Ricky McCoy and Kevin Catron; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in Lyles Chapel Cemetery, Bath County with Pastor Bill Gram and Pastor David George officiating. Pallbearers will be his nephews, Joe Randozzo, Travis Randozzo, Thomas Randozzo, Dylan Randozzo, Matthew Bogan, Ivy Humphries, Ricky McCoy, Kevin Curtis and Tyler Curtis.
