Friday, Sept. 22 – in the Registrar’s Office for all cities and counties in the state of Virginia.
No Excuse – Early In-Person Voting ends
Saturday, Nov. 4, at 5 p.m.
Saturdays for No Excuse – Early In-Person Voting
Oct. 28 and Nov. 4.

Curbside voting information
(Anyone 65 or older or anyone with a disability)
1. By law, curbside voting must be offered at every polling place.
2. By law, curbside voting must also be offered at the local voter registration office throughout early voting.
3. By law, curbside voting must be demarcated by curbside voting. The curbside voting sign must be upright and visible at all times, whenever curbside voting is offered.
4. Posted contact information will be either on or near the curbside voting sign indicating how curbside voters should alert officers of elections inside the polling place:
- There should be a designated officer of elections to monitor the curbside voting area or
- The sign may provide a phone number for curbside voters to call to receive assistance once they arrive curbside to vote or
- If a buzzer is being used to alert officers of elections of a voter needing assistance at the curbside voting location, the buzzer will be accessible without a voter having to leave their vehicle.
