Deputy Altizer served an Emergency Custody Order on a male subject at a residence on Bee Town Road. Subject was transported to Bath Community Hospital. Sgt. C. Smith served a Temporary Detention Order on male subject who was transported to a facility in Augusta County.
Monday, September 11
Deputy Altizer responded to a report of an injured turtle on Sam Snead Highway just south of the intersection of McClintic Heights Drive.
Deputy Miller responded to a residence on Main Street near the intersection of Jackson River Turnpike in reference to a possible larceny.
Deputy D. Smith responded to Summitt Community Bank for an activated bank alarm.
Tuesday, September 12
Deputy Ray Miller transported a male inmate from Rockbridge Regional Jail to Bath County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court at the Warm Springs Courthouse. Male inmate was transported back to the Rockbridge Regional Jail at the conclusion of court.
Deputy Rexrode conducted a well-being check on a subject on Peaksview Drive.
Deputy D. Smith and Deputy Miller responded to a residence on Bee Town Road for possible trespassing.
Deputy Altizer and Deputy Harlow responded to a residence on Lower Yard Road for a dispute.
Deputy Altizer responded to a residence on Sam Snead Highway near Rose Lane for a 911 Hangup Call.
Deputy Altizer and Deputy Harlow respond to a dispute a residence on High Country Road. An individual was messing with the utilities at the residence.
