The Odd Fellows will hold a Kids Fishing Day Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Farm on Dunlap Creek in western Alleghany County.
This event is open to all youngsters ages 5 to 16 who are accompanied by an adult.
Lunch and prizes will be provided. To get to the farm from Covington, take Exit 10 off Interstate 64, turn left onto Rt. 159 south and travel 6.5 miles.
The Odd Fellows Farm driveway is on the right.
It will be marked with a small wooden sign and balloons.
