Joe Graham
Mr. Joseph Ellis Graham, 85, of Cline Meadow Road, Covington died Tuesday, March 7 2023, at the residence of his daughter. He was the husband of Ramona Vance Graham.
Mr. Graham was born December 20, 1937, a son of the late John McKinley Graham and Thelma Bennett Graham. He was of the Presbyterian faith and served his country with the U. S. Army as a demolitions expert. Joe was the owner and operator of Covington Sewer and Water Company for many
years.
Mr. Graham is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ramona Vance Graham; one son, Joseph Ellis Graham Jr.; one daughter, Karen Graham Eliades; two sisters, Rosalee G. Martin of Low Moor and Joyce G. Roberts and husband, Stuart of Covington; three grandchildren, Corinne Elizabeth Graham, Graham Alexander Eliades and Alaina Mae Eliades; a special cousin/brother, William (Bill) Graham; five sisters–in-law and four brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 12 2023, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Loving Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Rose officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
