LOW MOOR, VA (VR) — Clifton Middle School will be closed Thursday, Nov. 10, and Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, due to a high number of probable flu cases.

Alleghany Highlands Public School leadership decided to close the school as a precaution after consulting with the Virginia Department of Health this evening. Custodial workers will perform deep-cleaning measures at the school while it is closed.

All other Alleghany Highlands Public Schools sites will remain open.
