1. Approve sale of 403 Ridgeway St. Clifton Forge VA Tax Map ID of 12300-01-000-0U00.
2. Consider the rezoning of the Eastern side of the 500 Block of Commercial St. from Business General (BG) to Residential (R3).
3. Consider closure of Commercial St. for the Halloween Event on October 29, 2022.
4. Amend the Shriner’s request to allow the Fall Festival with the same consideration as in past years to include the addition of the use of the PrimisBank Side of Main Street from the fountain to Commercial Ave.
