Reverend Dr. James Donald Glover passed away on August 29, 2022, aged 87 in West Henrietta, New York. He was born and grew up in Covington and was predeceased by his parents Dayton and Frances Glover, his identical twin brother Ron, his brothers David and Tom, and his first wife Janet Stoller. Survived by his wife Terry, his sister Louise Lipes, his children Carole Glover, Susan (Terry) Babb, wife Terry’s children Michael (Joy) and Brae (Debbie). He leaves his grandchildren Jeremy, Jessimine, Katie, Andy, Thomas, Ian, Erin, Sasha, Avery, Hayden, and Owen and 4 great children. He was an ordained Presbyterian minister serving in various small churches around the Southern United States, ending his career as the chaplain for Central State Hospital in Milledgeville, GA. Don was very active in the Milledgeville Lions Club, achieving the Melvin Jones Award and serving as District Governor for district 15A. Don was a proud Grandaddy and great-Grandaddy. He was known for his kindness and Southern charm.
