A grief support session sponsored by Mountain Regional Hospice will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 6 p.m. in the Educational Wing of First Christian Church, Covington.

Bill Gilliland, hospice chaplain and grief counselor, will facilitate the session which is open to anyone going through the grief journey. Discussion will come from the guidance provided in “Understanding Your Grief” by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, grief counselor and educator. The subject of “nurturing oneself in the grief journey” will be emphasized.

First Christian Church is located at 231 E. Fudge St. with plenty of parking in the rear.
