2. To discuss the Increase in Personal Property Assessments by Cathy Kimberlin, Commissioner of Revenue

3. To hear a study of facilities safety by Police Chief/Public Safety Director, Chris Smith

APPOINTMENTS

1. To appoint a representative to the Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board

2. To appoint a representative to the Industrial Development Authority (IDA)

C. To discuss and consider an update to the Procurement Policy and City Code as it relates to utilities
