CLIFTON FORGE - Clifton Forge Town Council will meet
Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Clifton Forge Public Library.
There will be a public hearing to consider a request from Gerald E. Franson to purchase town property at 717 Pine St. for $1,000.
There will be presentations concerning an award for the Clifton Forge water treatment plant, The Masonic Theatre-John Hillert, Route 166-Susan Hammond, resident administrator, Virginia Department of Transportation and code enforcement-Don Ford.
Action items will include second reading of an ordinance to make it illegal to park against the flow of traffic on Church and Ridgeway streets, and second reading of an ordinance to authorize the sale of six lots owned by the town on West Ridgeway Street.
