LOW MOOR - Permits issued by the Alleghany County Building Inspections Department in July.

Twenty-nine permits were issued for projects carrying a total estimated cost of $1,140,439. Fees paid to the county totaled $3,186.

Permits included:

Ernest Fitzgerald, 1802 Midland Trail, Covington. Repair and remodel existing commercial building into residence with three beds and one bath. Estimated cost: $20,000. Fee of $96 paid by applicant.
