Ronald Swoope, of Clifton Forge, passed away on Saturday February 14, 2026, at the age of 92.

A Military Salute and Burial will be held at Alleghany Memorial Cemetery on Friday, May 15 at 2:00 pm. Meeting at the mausoleum at 1:00 pm.

Service and eulogy will be at Nicely’s Funeral Home on Saturday, May 16th at 2:00 pm. Celebration of Life immediately following at The Clifton Forge Elks Club at 3:30 pm. Dinner served at 4:00 pm.
