EAGLE ROCK, VA (VR) — Greenway’s Real Estate & Auction, Inc. has announced a large-scale Farm, Land, Equipment & Cattle Auction to be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 100 Bridge Street, Eagle Rock, Virginia (Town of Glen Wilton).

The auction will feature a wide range of agricultural and development opportunities, including:

  • Two large tracts of farm and development land
  • Seven building lots located in Glen Wilton, Virginia
  • Tractors, balers, mowers, trailers, and construction equipment
  • Cattle and livestock-related assets

According to the owners, all tractors and equipment being offered are 100% owned with no consignments and have been maintained in excellent condition. The equipment has been regularly repaired and serviced, with some pieces reportedly used only two or three times. The sale reflects the growth of the cattle operation and the owners’ transition to upgraded equipment.

The land offerings also present a unique opportunity for buyers seeking scenic homesites, farmland, or investment property. Owners noted they are not required to sell the land, but instead hope it goes to the “right people” who will appreciate its beauty and potential. Features include new fencing, a newly constructed pond, and three creeks running throughout the property, creating an ideal setting for a future farm or private estate.

The event presents a valuable opportunity for investors, farmers, developers, and agricultural buyers seeking land, equipment, and livestock in the scenic Botetourt County region.

Bidding will be available both live on-site and online through LiveAg Video Auction and PrimeTime Agri Marketing Network.
