A. Approval of the minutes of: (1) a regular meeting held on April 7, 2026.

7. VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (VDOT) UPDATE:

A. Ms. Susan Hammond, VDOT Resident Engineer – Update.

8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None

9. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Mr. Corbin Stone, Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates – Presentation of FY25 audit.

B. Request from Sheriff Kyle Moore for resolutions to the VDOT Commonwealth Transportation Board requesting Memorial Highway designations for Sheriff Edwin Butler (Dolly Ann Drive) and Deputy Samuel Brown (Morris Hill Road).

C. Discuss and consider approval of contract with Southern Health Partners for inmate medical services.

D. Discuss and consider amendment to contract with Environmental Systems Service, Ltd. (ESS) due to a rate increase.

E. Discuss and consider request from Falling Spring Fire Department for waiver of building permit fee in relation to the construction of a new addition to their firehouse.

F. Discuss and consider supplemental appropriations in FY26 (School SOQ Bonus funds and VDOT EDAP grant).

G. Discuss and consider school capital projects in FY26.
