Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Deputy R. Miller assisted by Deputy Plecker, Deputy Harlow and K9 Roxy arrested Leroy Green of Hot Springs on a
capias for Distribution/Sell for Profit Sch I or II Drugs. Deputy Miller transported arrestee to Alleghany Regional Jail.

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Deputy Colaw responded to Creekside Dr for disorderly conduct by a resident.

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Bath County Sheriff’s Officers checked on voting precincts through Bath County.

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Major Grimm, Lt. C Smith, Deputies Altizer and Plecker served a Writ of Eviction on Rabiya Khaliq at Hillcrest Motel. Khaliq was arrested on trespassing charges, resisting arrest, and a capias for failure to abide to bond conditions. Arrestee was transported to Alleghany Regional Jail and their dog was transported to the Bath County Animal Shelter.

Wednesday, April 22, 2026 Deputy Plecker responded along with VSP to Healing Springs for a driver who disregarded the school bus stop
sign/lights on Sam Snead Hwy.

Wednesday, April 22, 2026 Deputy Altizer responded to West Warm Springs Cemetery for a vehicle reportedly trespassing.

Thursday, April 23, 2026 Sheriff Plecker and Deputy Plecker performed a well being check at the Klondike Apartments.

Thursday, April 23, 2026 Deputy Plecker responded to a residence on Cowpasture River Hwy for a possible breaking and entering.

Thursday, April 23, 2026 Deputy D. Smith responded to the area near Spring Mountain Rd. for cows in the road.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Major Grimm responded to Sam Snead Hwy. in Warm Springs for cows in the roadway.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Major Grimm and Deputy Arnold responded along with VSP to Kiser Lane in response to an emergency cellphone alert.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Major Grimm performed a well-being check in the Williamsville area.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Deputy O’Conner performed a traffic stop near Panther Lane.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Deputy Miller spoke with a citizen concerning threats and property damage.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Deputy Miller responded to a residence on Sam Snead Highway below Tinkertown for a reported fight.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Deputies Miller and Colaw responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver leaving the West Warm Springs
area.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Deputy Miller returned a dog to its residence in the Mitchelltown area.

Friday, April 24, 2026 Deputies Colaw and Miller responded to Hot Springs to check for a reckless driver.

Saturday, April 25, 2026 Deputy Colaw spoke with a citizen in Hot Springs regarding property damage and threats.

Saturday, April 25, 2026 Lt. Grimm responded to Hot Springs for a possibly intoxicated individual.

Saturday, April 25, 2026 Deputy Altizer initiated a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Rd. The motorcyclist attempted to elude the officer. Deputy Miller
and VSP assisted after locating the motorcyclist on Wild Cat School Rd.

Saturday, April 25, 2026 Deputy Altizer responded to Roseloe Lane for an animal control call.

Saturday, April 25, 2026 Deputies Altizer and Colaw assisted VSP in Mitchelltown to try to locate a reported intoxicated driver.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 259 incoming calls and made 84 outbound calls during this time period.
