NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Alleghany County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Governmental Complex in Low Moor, 9212 Winterberry Ave, Covington, VA to consider the following:
To consider an application from B2 Trucking, LLC for a special exception to operate a concrete batch plant in an AR district. Said property is located at 1810 Hot Springs Road in the County and was recently purchased by B2 Trucking, LLC. The property is further identified as Tax Map 40, Lots 29 & 30. The property is in a “Highlands Area” as contained in the Comprehensive Plan.
