The Alleghany Highlands Regional Library will continue its Crafty Creations Class with a session on making bath balms Thursday, May 9, at 7 p.m.
Staff member Tori Fertig will demonstrate how to mix and create bath and shower bombs to pamper and soothe tired bodies and sore muscles.
She will also help participants to create soap and lip balm. The class is open to both teens and adults.
“This class is just in time for people who want to make their own Mother’s Day gifts or to create for themselves an extravagant, spa-like experience,” Fertig said. “I started experimenting with these items before Christmas, and I adore making things with all-natural ingredients such as organic shea butter, bee’s wax, and goat’s milk.”
Space is limited, and registration is necessary for the class.
To sign up, call the staff at 962-3321 or stop by the Alleghany Highland Regional Library at 406 W. Riverside St.
