CLIFTON FORGE, Va. (VR) — The Historic Masonic Theatre invites the community to a vibrant weekend of music, dance, and history as part of its Fall Foliage Festival celebrations. With two exciting evening events and self-guided tours throughout the weekend, there’s something for
everyone to enjoy.

Dance Through the Decades – Friday, October 17 at 7:00 p.m.

The weekend kicks off with “Dance Through the Decades,” a high-energy dance party taking place in the Tom Dean Underground of The Historic Masonic Theatre. The Virginia based Party Crasher Band will perform a time-traveling selection of hit songs from the 1960s to today—perfect for dancing all night long.

From the twist and disco to 80s glam, 90s jams, and today’s hottest beats, this party is sure to get everyone on their feet. Tickets are $10 at the door, and attendees must be 18 or older. Guests may enter through the main Theatre Lobby or directly into the Theatre Underground. All proceeds from the event will benefit the local Shrine Club.

Fall Festival Gospel Sing – Saturday, October 18 at 7:00 p.m.

On Saturday evening, the main stage of The Historic Masonic Theatre will come alive with the powerful sounds of gospel music during the annual Fall Festival Gospel Sing.

Returning favorites, The Announcers will be joined by The Grizzly Disciples and Crimson River for an evening filled with uplifting music and heartfelt fellowship. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged and will directly support the Shriners Transportation Fund, helping to provide transportation for children in need of medical care.

Self-Guided Theatre Tours – October 17–19

In addition to the weekend’s events, self-guided tours of the beautifully restored Historic Masonic Theatre will be available at the following times:

 Friday, October 17: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

 Saturday, October 18: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

 Sunday, October 19: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Visitors are welcome to explore the Theatre at their own pace. Docents will be on site to provide insights and answer questions. A special feature of the tour is the “From Our Neighborhood” Quilt Exhibit, located in the third floor WestRock Room, accessible by elevator or stairs.

Fall Foliage Festival will hold their Opening Ceremonies in the Masonic Amphitheatre at noon on Friday, October 17.
