Cougar Golf Season Comes To A Close

HARRISONBURG, Va (VR) – The regional Golf Tournament was played Monday at Spotswood Country Club in Harrisonburg. Western Albemarle claimed the team championship, while Liberty Christian appeared to edge out Spotswood for second place to secure the final team berth at states. The top two teams and the three lowest individuals not on those teams advanced to the VHSL State Championship.

For Alleghany, Kai Rowland led the way with a score of 85, followed by Bubby Entsminger at 92. Congratulations to the golf team on a successful season!
