He is survived by his wife, Hailey Albrecht of Blue Ridge; his parents Fred and Sandy Albrecht of Altavista; his sister Candis Raikes (Jordan); mother-in-law, Monica King Thornton (Danny); father-in-law, Barry Meador; maternal grandmother, Inez Frye of Covington VA; brother-in-law, Jeffrey Meador; sister-in-law, Chelsea Parker (Jeremy); Haileys grandparents, Buddy and Dreama King, Scheri Vinzant (Brian and Allison) as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal pawpaw, James E (Jimmy) Frye and his paternal grandparents, Fred, Sr. and Sally Albrecht.
Aaron was a “gentle giant”, a hardworking and loving man! He made all who knew him proud. As a teenager Aaron enjoyed several mission trips, both locally and abroad with the youth at Lane United Methodist Church. At the age of 16 he worked with Altavista/Campbell Habitat for Humanity building better homes for others.
Aaron had a special love for his pets Willow, Walker, Lake, Peaches, Winston and Lennox.

A special thank you to Dr. Andrew Fintel and staff at the Salem Blue Ridge Cancer Center as well as Good Samaritan Hospice for the care and support they gave to Aaron and family.
A memorial service will be held at Villa Heights Baptist Church in Roanoke VA at 12 noon on Saturday, June 28, 2025. The family will gather for time together at 10 am and friends are welcome to come at 11 am for visitation.
