Helen Floretta Sams Stinespring, age 87, of 1510 West Virginia Avenue, Dunbar, West Virginia died on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, West Virginia. 

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
