City of Covington Public Works to flush Fire Hydrants

COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The City of Covington Public Works will be flushing Fire Hydrants throughout the City between the dates of Sunday, March 30, 2025, through Friday, April 11, 2025. This will take place from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. beginning the evening of March 30 th . Please be aware that this may cause color discoloration of your water. If you notice any discoloration, turn your water on and let it run until it clears up.
