  • APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON December 26, 2024, AND THE WORK SESSION ON January 13, 2025 
  • APPROVAL OF RECEIPTS, DISBURSEMENTS, AND PAYMENT OF BILLS

Share the recent drawdown amount from The Thrasher Group 

Order return address stamp for Clerk 

Discuss keeping Wayne Campbell and Richard Neal on stand-by for snow removal at $20.00 per hour. 

Funds in the amount of $15,000 received for the Iron Gate Fire Dept. 

Request for adjustment on Utility Bills 

NEW BUSINESS 

Vote to accept the letter of resignation from Richard Erskine 

Vote to place order for cigarette stamps 

Vote on making True up sewer payments in 6 monthly installment payments, along with regular monthly payments 

Vote to pay Hammond-Mitchell 

Vote on purchasing a plaque for previous Mayor, Gary Craig 

Vote on purchasing a plaque for Councilmember Richard Erskine 。

Vote to pay the drawdown amount to The Thrasher Group 

Vote to purchase a return address stamp for the Clerk 

Vote to keep Wayne Campbell and Richard Neal on stand-by for snow removal at $20.00 per hour 

Vote to forward the $15,000 funds to the Iron Gate Fire Dept 。

Vote on request for adjustment on Utility Bills 

SET DATES FOR THE FEBRUARY WORK SESSION AND COUNCIL MEETING. 

GO INTO A CLOSED SESSION UNDER VA CODE 2.2-3711, ITEM 7 TO DISCUSS LEGAL AND VA CODE 2.2-3711, ITEM 4 TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL MATTERS.
