Ruby Gail Hiner, 56, of Hot Springs, Virginia passed away Saturday, February 08, 2020 at Bath Community Hospital in Hot Springs. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2020 at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home.The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
