Fincastle Baptist Hosting Opioid Panel Discussion

Alleghany Highlands Community Services and Alleghany Highlands Healthy Youth Coalition are partnering to host the People Next Door – Opioid Discussion Panel Event. 
The event will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fincastle Baptist Church – Highlands Campus in Covington. 
During the event, there will be information booths set up from our community partner and speakers Trista Wright, PhD (forensic Toxicologist), Cheri Blevins MSN RN CNOR (Lewis-Gale Hospital-Alleghany), and Tyler Deacon. 
Following the presentations, there will be a panel discussion with local community leaders where there will be a chance for attendees to ask questions.
The Alleghany Highlands Healthy Youth Coalition and Alleghany Highlands Community Services recognize the importance of spreading the dangers of opioid misuse to our community. 
Please join us for The People Next Door – Opioid Discussion Panel where freebies, prevention information, medication lock boxes and gun locks will be given out. Dinner and free child care will also be provided.
