Sealed bids must be delivered to the City of Covington Building Official’s Office, 340 E. Walnut St. Covington, VA 24426. Clearly marked “Bid Response-870 W. Edgemont Dr” – ATTN: Eric Tyree. Proposal documents are available by contacting The City of Covington – Development Services at 540-965-6356 or at the address listed above.
Deadline for IFB will be Friday, October 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
The City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
