LOW MOOR- Alleghany Cougar star runner Kiera Lowman was recently named the number 1 junior runner in the entire state of Virginia regardless of class, private or public schools.
Lowman has developed an unbelievable reputation as she, to put it lightly, dominates the competition in every meet she participates in. A multi-year state champ, Lowman is gearing up for her 2024 campaign which kicks off on August 21 where she will look to add more hardware to her trophy cabinet.
