The Alleghany Cougar Track Team recently hosted their 13th annual “Elementary School Track Meet,” an event that gives high schoolers an opportunity to share their love of running with the future of Alleghany Track. Head coach Jeremy Bartley noted, “We had a phenomenal turnout this year. Many of the families are frequent flyers, but there were also a lot of new faces this year.” According to Bartley, there were about 60 kids who participated in a number of events.
