HOT SPRINGS — Garth Newel will hold a virtual cooking class on Wednesday, May 13, beginning at 12 noon.
The virtual series, “Inside Garth Newel’s Kitchen with Chef Josh Elliot,” will have class two featuring Archduke weekend appetizers.
The appetizers that will be prepared are mini potato gruyere blinis with sour cream and dill.
