This is to notify the public of an upcoming public forum Q&A meeting to be held by the Committee on Joint School Services at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Covington High School’s Curfman Hall Auditorium.
This meeting will be the opportunity for the public to submit any questions that they would like to have answered about the plan for school consolidation.
Questions may be submitted ahead of time in person at the Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce Office or via email to info@ahchamber.com.
The submission of questions will also be allowed at the door the night of the meeting.
Due to COVID-19, face coverings will be required as well as social distancing, and at the door temperature checks. Curfman Hall has the capacity for 51 people under COVID-19 guidelines. Admission will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
