Gerald Van Reynolds, 70, of 409 Dunbrack Rd, died, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Reynolds was born May 31, 1950 in Washington, DC. The son of the late Porter L. Reynolds and Zella Looney Reynolds.
He was a retired truck driver for King George Auto Parts. A member of Covington Bible Church. He loved to ride his Harley and was member of the Harley Owners Group.
Surviving is his wife of 34 years Mary Liptrap Reynolds, two sons Josh Brinkley and his Sarah and David Reynolds all Covington, three grandchildren Joshua Brinkley Jr. of Richmond, Kyler Brinkley and Elies Brinkley of Covington, two sisters in laws Carrie Tedd and husband George of Covington and Lois Randozzo and husband Fred of Millboro, his mother-in-law, Margaret May of Hot Springs, father-in-law, Jerry May and wife Carol of Chambersburg, PA, an uncle Bill Looney of TX, two special cousins Eric Saddler of Fredricksburg and Jim Joyner of GA, and a special friends Paul and Linda Linkenhoker.
In keeping with his wishes his body has been cremated.
A service will be held later date.
Arrangements are being handle Arritt Funeral Home.
Memorial contribution may be made in Gerald’s name to the Alleghany Humane Society at 9313 Richpatch Rd. Covington, VA 24426.
