Robert S. Liggins, “Bae”, 69, of 355 E. Hawthorne St., Covington, Va. went to be with his Loving Heavenly Father on Wednesday December 16th 2020.
Robert was born May 23rd, 1951 to Alice T. Liggins and the late James P. Liggins Sr.
Robert graduated from Covington High School. He was employed by Westvaco until he retired.
Robert was a member of Historical First Baptist Church Lexington Ave. Covington, Va.
Robert is preceded in death by his Father James P. Liggins Sr., his son, Sydney A. Liggins and one nephew Michael A. “Boopie” Green Jr.
Robert is survived by his wife Sarita Liggins, his mother Alice T. Liggins, granddaughter Makia Jones, brother James P. Liggins Jr. (wife Dulcie), sister Wanda L. Jones, nephews Keeno L. Jones and Christopher Liggins (wife Nicole), niece Judith Merritt (husband Kevin), and a number of cousins.
In keeping with Roberts wishes his body will be cremated by Serenity Funeral Home, Roanoke, Va.
