Dr. John Rainone, president of the Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, presented the Chamber’s donation in the name of U.S. Senator Mark Warner to The Historic Masonic Theatre on Sat., July 17.

Warner spoke to a large gathering of community leaders and citizens at The Historic Masonic Theatre where he presented Matt Garten, chairman of the Alleghany County Board of Supervisors, with an honorary plaque commemorating the bicentennial of Alleghany County.

Rainone presented Justin Reiter, executive director of The Historic Masonic Theatre, with a check as Gail Hillert, president of the Masonic Theatre Preservation Foundation, and Warner observed.
