opposed to function level

3.   To consider Resolution R-22-18-US Route 220 at S Carpenter Drive safety improvements

4.   To consider Resolution R-22-19-amending appropriations for fiscal

year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022 (legal rewards received from the state)

5.   To consider Ordinance O-22-01-budget appropriations for FY 2022/2023

6.   To consider Ordinance O-22-02 regarding imposing and levying personal property and machinery and tools tax within the city of Covington (tax year beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023)

7.   To consider Ordinance O-22-03 regarding imposing and levying real estate taxes within the city of Covington, VA for tax year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023
