Slaughter & Slaughter Family Dentistry in Clifton Forge has donated 100 toothbrushes and 100 tubes of toothpaste to the 2021 Highlands Christmas Mother program along with a monetary donation. Dr. Terry Slaughter (left) made the presentation to Susan Rollinson (right), 2021 Highlands Christmas Mother. In-person applications will be taken at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall November 16-18. Low-income households in Alleghany County and Covington (including Clifton Forge, Selma, Low Moor, and Iron Gate) can call the Christmas Mother Shop at 540-962-9077 for an appointment to submit an application.
