On Wednesday, May 26, Covington High School Senior, Kinley Spinks made her decision on where she would attend college and further pursue Volleyball.
Spinks made it known that she would attend Randolph College.
“I am very excited to go on this next journey of my life, and I am thrilled that I get the opportunity to continue my volleyball career at Randolph.”, said Spinks.
The WildCats of Randolph College are a NCAA Division III school located in Lynchburg, VA.
Spinks went on to praise her new Volleyball Coach, Kara Matthews, “I absolutely love Coach (Kara) Matthews and the rest of my future teammates.”
Matthews took over the program in 2014 after a few seasons as an assistant head coach.
In 2014, Matthews coached the WildCats to their most wins in 17 years and the programs first ODAC tournament appearance since 2006.
“Randolph College campus and the staff makes it feel like my home away from home. I don’t think God could’ve blessed me anymore than giving me this opportunity of pursuing my dreams.”, added Spinks.
