Mountain View Students Correspond With Pen Pals

Students in Cecille McDowell’s second grade class at Mountain View Elementary School is practicing their writing skills by corresponding with a pen pal.

This year the class is corresponding with a student named Magda who lives in Kill Dell Hills, N.C.

Magda is originally from Poland, so the children are also expanding their knowledge of the world.

The class sent Magda a copy of the above photo in a recent letter.
