Franklin C. “Brother” Crance, 78, of Madison Heights, died on Saturday, November 08, 2014.
He was the husband of Vivian Monk Crance.
Franklin was born on August 19, 1936 in Alleghany County a son of the late Ottice Noble Crance and the late Lillie Mae Carper Crance.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
