Patrick G. Griffith passed away at his home in Richmond, Virginia on June 28, 2018. Patrick was the son of Rebecca Griffith of Petersburg, VA and Larry G. Griffith of Covington, VA.
Patrick was born on January 24, 1980 and was a lifelong resident of Richmond.
He graduated from Mills Godwin High School in Henrico County and attended George Mason University.
Patrick worked in the building trades for several years and became an accomplished finish carpenter. He later worked for The Travelers Insurance Company as a Senior Adjuster and was a member of their National Catastrophe Team.
He is survived by his sister, Amanda Ayers of Glen Allen, VA, maternal grandparents Ethel Simpson of Clifton Forge and Russel Simpson of Richmond; paternal grandparents Helen and W. S. (Pete) Griffith Jr. of Covington.
Patrick was the great grandson of the late Grace and Robert Bush of Covington.
Memorial services will be held on July 13, 2018 at 4:00 PM at the Covington Baptist Church in Covington and August 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Derbyshire Baptist Church in Richmond.
