ALLEGHANY HIGHLANDS, VA (VR) – On Monday at about 3:30 p.m., a bus carrying students from Jeter-Watson Elementary School was delayed due to behavioral issues involving multiple students.

Alleghany Highlands Public Schools is sharing this information to address misinformation circulating within the community and online. The division has worked with Jeter-Watson administrators to address the situation. We understand that families may have questions, and we take their concerns seriously while respecting student privacy.
