COVINGTON, VA — The Elkton Bears are preparing for another season of football as members of the Atlantic Coast Football Alliance (ACFA).

The Bears are owned by Hayden Campbell and will play their home games at Casey Field in Covington, Virginia.
The ACFA will officially kick off its 28th season on September 12, 2026, with the league’s annual Kickoff Classic. Opening-week games will be played at sites in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., bringing together teams from across the region to launch the 2026 campaign.

The Atlantic Coast Football Alliance is led by Commissioner John Young and League President James E. Way II, as the league continues its tradition of providing competitive football and opportunities for organizations and athletes throughout the East Coast.

ELKTON BEARS HOME OPENER

The Bears will return home on September 19, 2026, when they host the Washington DC Panthers at Casey Field.

The matchup will mark the Bears‘ first home game of the 2026 season and give their fans and community an opportunity to support the team as it begins its ACFA campaign.
