May 17, 2026 Deputy D. Smith checked on a disabled vehicle in Hidden Valley.

May 17, 2026 Deputy D. Smith, Deputy T. Plecker and Deputy J. Arnold responded to a report of a gas drive off on Sam Snead Hwy.

May 17, 2026 D. Smith recovered a license plate from the roadway near McLaughlin Lane.

May 17, 2026 Deputies T. Harlow and J. Arnold investigated a report of domestic violence.

May 17, 2026 Harlow conducted a traffic stop near Douthat State Park Rd.

May 17, 2026 T. Plecker responded to Main St. in Hot Springs after receiving an automated crash notification. No crash found in the area.

May 17, 2026 Harlow conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Hwy.

May 18, 2026 Deputies C. Altizer and Harlow responded to a report of an assault occurring along the road in Millboro.

May 18, 2026 Lt. C. Smith investigated a report of property damage on Routier Hill.

ride to their residence.

May 20, 2026 Miller and Bryan responded to Airport Rd. for a residential burglar alarm activation.

May 20, 2026 T. Plecker investigated a report of a stolen license plate.

May 20, 2026 Sheriff R. Plecker spoke with a citizen regarding protective order conditions.

May 20, 2026 Major J. Grimm responded to a residential burglar alarm activation on Airport Rd.

May 20, 2026 D. Smith and Arnold responded to Bath Community Hospital to assist staff.

May 21, 2026 Major J. Grimm responded to Creekside Housing on Main Street, Hot Springs to assist with a rescue call.

May 21, 2026 Major J. Grimm responded to Bath Community Hospital to check on a patient who left the emergency room.

Pirovano was arrested for Disorderly Conduct in a Public Place and Assault & Battery. O’Conner transported arrestee to Alleghany Regional Jail.

May 21, 2026 Sheriff R. Plecker responded to assist with a rescue call on Sam Snead Hwy.

May 21, 2026 Major J. Grimm unlocked a vehicle on Old Greenhouse Rd.

May 21, 2026 Deputy D. Smith and Deputy J. Arnold responded to a report of a tree down on Big Back Creek Rd.

May 21, 2026 D. Smith, T. Plecker and Arnold responded to Hot Springs for a vehicle accident.

May 21, 2026 D. Smith conducted a well-being check on Deerfield Rd.

May 22, 2026 O’Conner transported a prisoner, Kristopher Louis Marshall, from Middle River Regional Jail to ARJ.

May 22, 2026 D. Smith and Arnold responded to Routier Hill for a Domestic.

May 22, 2026 D. Smith and Arnold responded to a report of a tree blocking the roadway in the vicinity of Stagecoach Dr. Deputies cleared the
roadway.

May 22, 2026 Grimm, Miller, and O’Conner responded to Thomastown for a DOA.

May 22, 2026 Deputy Miller responded to Alleghany Regional Jail to transport prisoner to Alleghany Regional Hospital. Deputy Bryan transported
individual to Western State Hospital on a temporary custody order.

May 22, 2026 Deputy T. O’Conner spoke with a citizen regarding an animal control issue.

May 23, 2026 Altizer responded to Warm Springs Mountain near Jordan Top for a report of a tree blocking the roadway.

May 23, 2026 Miller assisted a citizen and Bath-DSS with a custody issue.

May 23, 2026 Altizer patrolled Sam Snead Hwy. in the Warm Springs area after a report of a reckless driver was received.

May 23, 2026 Altizer and Bryan assisted a citizen in the Mitchelltown area.

May 23, 2026 Altizer responded to an Animal Warden call in Mitchelltown.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 291 incoming calls and made 127 outbound calls during this time.
