COVINGTON, Va. (VR) –  Covington Middle School students are preparing for their upcoming production of Aladdin, putting in hours of rehearsal to memorize lines and lyrics ahead of opening night.

The cast has focused on delivering an energetic performance, while the crew handles key responsibilities behind the scenes, including managing set changes and coordinating lighting cues throughout the show.

Performances are scheduled for May 1-2. The May 1 show begins at 7 p.m. On May 2, showtimes are set for 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
