RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes for called meeting on February 10, 2026, called meeting on March 10, 2026, and regular meeting on March 10, 2026.

PUBLIC HEARING

To receive citizen input regarding the proposed abandonment of an alley connecting Hamilton Street and Jefferson Street and its conveyance to an
abutting landowner, Wanda Booth.

PUBLIC HEARING

To receive citizen input regarding the sale of 27 Mountain Street and 0 County Road in the Town (3 parcels) to Robert Calloway-Jones.
