Dear Editor,
The MLK Day Committee would like to thank each and every one for supporting the 14th annual MLK Day Walk of Legacy.  
A special thank you to guest speaker, the Honor-able Judge Onzlee Ware of Roanoke. To local government and law enforcement officials that participated in the program including Covington Mayor Tom Sibold,  Clifton Forge City Manager Darlene Bercham,  Clifton Forge Mayor Jeff Irvine,  Clifton Forge Vice Mayor Pam Marshall,  Clifton Forge Police Chief Chris Wickline, Alleghany County Sheriff Kevin Hall.  
Participating clergy, Rev. Rosalyn Thomas, Rev. Diane Quarles, Father Tom Collins.   
Also, to churches, businesses and individuals that donated food or money:  CAYA, Good News,  Main Street Baptist Church, St. Andrews, First Baptist Clifton Forge, Historic First Baptist Covington, Wrightsville Baptist, Gospel Tabernacle, Jackson Memorial, McDonald’s, Bartley’s Meat Market, Best Western, Valero, Kroger, Hardees, Stop In, Mr. Raymond Hunter, Mrs. Marie Fitzpatrick.
